GCE Global Solutions Corp. has acquired GCE Payroll Advisers Inc. in a move to expand its employer of record and international payroll capabilities.
The Montreal-based workforce solutions provider announced the deal on Dec. 30, saying the acquisition will strengthen its ability to serve companies managing employment and payroll across multiple countries.
Expanding compliance expertise
GCE Payroll Advisers brings expertise in international payroll operations and regulatory advisory to the combined organization, according to the company.
The acquisition aims to support companies navigating complex employment rules and payroll requirements in different jurisdictions. GCE Global Solutions specializes in employer of record services, which allow companies to hire employees in countries where they don’t have a legal entity.
“As companies continue to expand internationally, they require partners with the infrastructure, compliance expertise, and operational maturity to manage global workforce complexity,” said Andrés Mauricio Rojas Díaz of GCE Global Solutions.
Service continuity for clients
Clients of both companies will have access to expanded geographic coverage and compliance support following the transaction, according to the company.
“It reinforces our evolution toward a unified global platform and provides clarity and confidence to clients and partners as we continue to scale internationally,” said Mariana Zerda, marketing manager at GCE Global Solutions.
The company did not disclose financial terms of the acquisition.
GCE Global Solutions provides employer of record services, international payroll, and compliance advisory for organizations operating in multiple countries. GCE Payroll Advisers offers payroll management and workforce consulting services across multiple jurisdictions.
