Prismforce has launched its SkillPrism artificial intelligence platform on SAP Store, giving companies that use SAP SuccessFactors new tools to track workforce capabilities and plan staffing in real time.
SkillPrism integrates directly with SAP SuccessFactors using certified SAP application programming interfaces. The platform pulls together certifications, project experience, assessments, and other signals to build continuously updated skill profiles for employees.
Prismforce says many organizations struggle with workforce data scattered across HR, learning, and operational systems. That fragmentation limits visibility into what employees can do and slows response when business needs shift.
How it works
SkillPrism layers skills data into SAP SuccessFactors, giving HR leaders a real-time view of workforce capabilities across their organization. It also matches employees to open roles and projects based on verified skills and career goals.
Somnath Chatterjee, founder and chief executive officer of Prismforce, said the integration is designed to bring skills intelligence into the systems HR teams already use.
“Skills are rapidly becoming the currency of work,” Chatterjee said. “By bringing SkillPrism to SAP Store and integrating with SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions, we enable enterprises to embed AI-driven skills intelligence directly into their HR systems. This allows leaders to gain a real-time understanding of workforce capabilities and make faster, more confident decisions on staffing, mobility, and workforce planning.”

According to Prismforce, the platform allows HR teams to:
- Match employees to opportunities by aligning verified skills and career goals with open roles and projects
- Identify skill gaps and deliver targeted retraining through AI-powered learning recommendations
- Improve workforce planning using data on available, emerging, and adjacent skills across the organization
