International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 793 and Baffinland Iron Mines finalize four-year collective agreement covering mining operations workers

The deal runs from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2027 and includes wage increases of 3.5% in 2024 followed by 3.0% annually in each of the three remaining years, plus a transition to union benefits and enhanced travel provisions.
