Gribble brings decades of experience in human resources leadership, having worked across seven industries and six continents. She joins from Ideal Image, a North American aesthetics and wellness company, where she served as chief people officer.

“Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to companies on a future-forward trajectory, and First Fed absolutely fits that mold,” Gribble said.

“I’m thrilled to join a company with more than 100 years of history in Northwest Washington as a rock-solid foundation and a leadership team committed to modernizing operations to meet a changing world.”

Background and experience

At Ideal Image, Gribble led all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and compensation and benefits. Earlier in her career, she held executive and leadership roles at Amazon, Comcast, DuPont Pioneer, and Principal Financial Group.

Gribble holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Her academic credentials include an MBA in international business from Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business, a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Illinois State University, and a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University.

Leadership comments

Curt Queyrouze, president and chief executive officer of First Fed, said the bank is in a period of transformation.

“First Fed has always been a community builder and a business builder, and now we’re building a different type of bank,” Queyrouze said. “Jennifer’s unique skill is turning talent into a strategic asset and transforming organizations into people-first institutions that deliver value to their customers, employees and shareholders.”

Queyrouze added that the timing of the appointment was deliberate.

“Jennifer is the right person at the right time to join First Fed as we build a modern, forward-thinking financial services company that remains a trusted partner for all of our communities. Her vision, insight, and leadership will play a critical role in shaping the future of the bank and empowering our team members to thrive.”

First Fed Bank is a subsidiary of First Northwest Bancorp, a financial holding company headquartered in Port Angeles, Washington. The bank operates 17 locations across the state, including 12 full-service branches, and has served customers in the Pacific Northwest since 1923.
