HiBob has launched a set of AI agents inside its Bob platform that draw on research from The Josh Bersin Company, giving HR teams access to workplace guidance without leaving their everyday software.
The new agents, powered by Bersin’s Galileo research tool, are designed to help with three areas: structuring job roles and skills, setting fair and competitive pay, and improving performance evaluations. HiBob and The Josh Bersin Company, a research and advisory firm focused on HR and talent management, announced the launch jointly.
“Most organizations don’t have an AI problem. They have an intelligence problem,” said Ronni Zehavi, CEO and co-founder of HiBob. “The challenge isn’t generating more information. It’s helping leaders make better decisions with the information they already have. Workforce transformation requires organizations to connect people, payroll, performance, and planning in a way that turns insight into action. That’s why we’ve embedded Galileo’s expertise directly into Bob AI.”
The tool combines a company’s own workforce data with 25 years of research from The Josh Bersin Company, according to the companies. The goal is to give managers evidence-based guidance while they work, rather than requiring them to consult a separate system.
HiBob expects hundreds of customers to adopt the initial agents by the end of 2026 and into the first quarter of 2027. The agents will be available starting in the third quarter of 2026, with a full general release planned for 2027.
Josh Bersin, global industry analyst and CEO of The Josh Bersin Company, said the partnership is meant to make expert HR knowledge more accessible to the people who need it.
“For AI to truly transform HR, it must be grounded in expertise and delivered in the flow of work,” said Bersin. “The partnership between Galileo and Bob brings decades of HR knowledge directly into the hands of practitioners and managers when they need it most while empowering teams to make more human-centered decisions every day.”
HiBob’s Bob platform connects HR, payroll and finance functions and is used by thousands of mid-sized and enterprise organizations in more than 170 countries. The Josh Bersin Company builds its research into a knowledge base called Galileo, which it says is used by more than a million HR and business leaders.
