HR Path has acquired TEC360 People, a Mexican firm that provides human resources (HR) technology and talent solutions.
The Paris-based company announced the deal on May 19. HR Path provides HR consulting and human resources information system (HRIS) solutions. It said the purchase expands its presence in Latin America.

TEC360 People is a subsidiary of TEC360 Group and was founded in 2014. It provides licensing and implementation services for talent software. Its work focuses on Cornerstone and SAP Incentive Management.
Latest in a string of regional deals
The acquisition follows HR Path’s purchase of PayHuman in Mexico in 2024. HR Path said the new deal strengthens its position in the region and improves its ability to support clients through HR transformation projects there.

HR Path was founded in 2001. The company has operations in 29 countries and a team of more than 2,600 people. It provides services in advisory, implementation and operations.
