Neeyamo, a global payroll technology provider, has partnered with Darwinbox, a global human resources technology provider, to connect their platforms for multinational companies. The companies announced the deal July 7.
The partnership links Darwinbox’s human resources platform with Neeyamo’s payroll platform. The goal is to give companies a single connected system instead of separate HR and payroll tools for each country.
“Our partnership with Darwinbox brings together complementary strengths to deliver a more integrated and resilient HR-payroll ecosystem,” said Rangarajan Seshadri, chief executive officer at Neeyamo. “It is a step forward in enabling enterprises to operate with greater coherence, control, and confidence across global markets,” he added.
How the integration works
The integration works in two directions. Neeyamo Payroll pulls employee data from Darwinbox, including demographic, employment and compensation information. Darwinbox serves as the main record for this data.
Neeyamo Payroll then sends payroll results back into Darwinbox. This includes payslips, tax documents, payroll registers and compliance reports. Employees and payroll administrators can view these documents directly in Darwinbox.
The companies said this closed-loop system cuts down on manual reconciliation between HR and payroll records.

Darwinbox, founded in 2015, says its platform serves more than four million employees across 1,200-plus companies worldwide. Neeyamo processes payroll in more than 160 countries.
Neeyamo’s payroll infrastructure spans markets including the United States, Europe and Latin America. The company said Darwinbox customers can use this network to expand into new countries without setting up separate local payroll vendors.
