Media leader and philanthropist Oprah Winfrey will deliver a keynote address at the SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2026 in Orlando on June 19.
Winfrey will participate in a moderated conversation titled “Leading with Vision: Building Cultures That Inspire, Include, and Transform” on the conference’s main stage. The session will close out the five-day event, which runs June 15-19 at the Orange County Convention Center and virtually.
The conference will feature hundreds of speakers covering workplace best practices, artificial intelligence advancements in HR, and trends in workplace culture, according to SHRM.

Winfrey hosted and produced The Oprah Winfrey Show for 25 years. She currently serves as chairman and CEO of OWN, founded O, The Oprah Magazine and OprahDaily.com, and oversees Harpo Productions.
She launched Oprah’s Book Club in 1996, which has featured over 100 book selections. Winfrey also hosts The Oprah Podcast.
SHRM has nearly 340,000 members in 180 countries. The organization describes itself as a resource on workplace issues and innovations.
