Lola explored how to select and apply meaningful HR metrics that inform decisions, strengthen credibility, and connect people data to organizational outcomes. Wylie focused on using AI-enabled tools, scenario modelling, and a skills-based approach to support strategic workforce planning.
Together, they demonstrated how data, analytics, and AI-supported tools can help HR leaders make informed decisions about staffing, manage workforce risks, and anticipate future talent needs.
