Talent Harbour Group has acquired Goldbeck Recruiting, a Canadian executive search firm founded in 1997, as it expands its national recruiting platform.
The Vancouver-based talent management firm announced the deal Tuesday morning. Terms were not disclosed.
Goldbeck Recruiting was recognized by Forbes as one of Canada’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms in 2025. The firm has operated for nearly three decades and maintains a national presence with cross-border experience in Canada and the United States.
Second acquisition for growing platform
The transaction marks Talent Harbour’s second acquisition as it builds its executive search and talent management services through organic growth and strategic deals, according to the company.

Expanded service offerings
The acquisition adds to Talent Harbour’s recruiting infrastructure and expands its team of recruiters and consultants. The combined platform now offers national executive search coverage across Canada and cross-border recruiting capabilities for U.S.-based employers hiring in Canada and Canadian companies recruiting in the United States.
Talent Harbour provides executive search and recruiting, talent acquisition projects, leadership development, executive coaching, workplace investigations, organizational development, fractional HR services, and career transition and outplacement services.
Family office backing
Talent Harbour is backed by JL Davis Enterprises, a family office led by Josh and Loretta Davis. The family office acquires and scales founder-led businesses and supports growth-stage companies with operational strategy.
The founders have been recognized with Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, Business in Vancouver’s Forty Under 40, and the BC CTO Innovator of the Year Award, according to the company.
